Some decisions cannot be delegated
Some questions are difficult to discuss with your team, your manager, your board, or even the people closest to you. And sometimes what you need is not another course, consultant or piece of advice. You need the right people in the room. MasterMind Groups are carefully curated peer advisory circles of up to four participants, brought together around a shared professional, leadership or personal development focus. A confidential space to bring real questions, challenge your assumptions, learn from the experience of others and move forward with greater clarity.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT ALONE. You may need this room if…
- You're stepping into leadership and discovering that being excellent at your job is very different from leading others. - You're successful in your current role but wondering what it will actually take to reach C-level. - You're moving from a structured corporate environment into the speed, ambiguity and ownership of a startup. - You're an HR or People leader who wants to move beyond the support-function label and create measurable business impact. - You've built a successful career but are starting to question whether the next title is really the next destination. - Or you're ready to go deeper (beyond professional performance) and understand yourself, your patterns, your mind and the way you lead your own life.
Different questions require different rooms.
Find the conversation you need now.
FIND YOUR MASTERMIND
Four groups. Four different conversations. There is no “more senior” or “more advanced” MasterMind. Each group is built around a different question. The important one is: Which conversation would create the most value for you right now?
WHAT WE’LL WORK ON
Move from doing to leading: shift from being the person who delivers the results to the person who creates the conditions for others to deliver. Learn where your involvement adds value, and where stepping back creates stronger ownership.
Delegate without losing control: build trust, ownership and accountability while resisting the temptation to solve everything yourself. Find the balance between giving people freedom and remaining clear about expectations and outcomes.
Handle the conversations leaders cannot avoid: navigate feedback, underperformance, boundaries, changing expectations and difficult team dynamics, including the sometimes uncomfortable transition from colleague or peer to leader.
Build your own leadership style: develop confidence and authority without copying someone else's way of leading. Understand what kind of leader you want to become and which behaviours will help you build both trust and performance.
FIRST-TIME & PROMOTED LEADERS MASTERMIND GROUP
Gunta Smedina
First-Time & Promoted Leaders MasterMind Facilitator
The first leadership role is one of the biggest professional identity shifts. The strengths that helped you become an excellent specialist - solving problems, taking responsibility and personally making things happen - can suddenly become the very behaviours that make leadership harder. Now your success increasingly depends on what happens through other people. Gunta facilitates this MasterMind for people navigating that transition in real time, creating a practical and confidential space to bring current team situations, difficult conversations and decisions into the room, hear how other new leaders are approaching similar challenges, and gradually develop a leadership style that feels both effective and genuinely your own.
WHAT WE’LL WORK ON
Move from functional excellence to enterprise leadership: broaden your perspective beyond your own function and learn to think about the organisation as a whole: its business model, competing priorities, people, customers, risks and long-term direction.
Understand what may still stand between you and C-level: examine your executive readiness honestly. Which strengths are already visible? Which capabilities, behaviours, relationships or perceptions may still be limiting your next step?
Strengthen strategic visibility and influence: learn how to make your contribution visible without constantly self-promoting, communicate at executive level and build credibility with senior stakeholders, boards and shareholders.
Prepare for the next seat not only the next title: explore how responsibility, decision-making, identity and expectations change when moving from senior functional leadership toward C-level, enterprise leadership or future CEO responsibility.
C-LEVEL & EXECUTIVE GROWTH MASTERMIND GROUP
Inga Ezera
C-Level & Executive Growth MasterMind Facilitator
Reaching C-level is rarely simply a reward for being excellent at what you already do. At some point, functional excellence stops being enough. The next level requires a broader understanding of the business, stronger stakeholder influence, different decision-making and the ability to contribute beyond the boundaries of your own expertise. Inga brings an executive perspective to this transition. This MasterMind is designed for senior leaders who are asking not only “How do I get promoted?”, but a more useful question: “What kind of leader do I need to become to be genuinely ready for broader responsibility?” Together, the group explores executive readiness, visibility, strategic influence, board-level communication, succession and the sometimes subtle changes required to move from being an excellent senior leader to becoming an enterprise leader.
WHAT WE’LL WORK ON
Understand the business beyond HR: strengthen your understanding of how the organisation makes money, where growth comes from, what destroys value and how leadership, talent and organisational decisions influence business performance.
Translate people topics into business outcomes: move beyond engagement, programmes and HR activity metrics. Learn to connect people decisions with productivity, execution, retention, organisational capability, risk and financial outcomes.
Increase your influence with CEOs, CFOs and boards: develop the confidence and credibility to challenge senior leaders, bring uncomfortable organisational truths into the conversation and contribute to decisions before they become “HR problems”.
Redefine what strategic HR actually means: question which HR activities genuinely create value and which simply create activity. Explore how People functions can become drivers of organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and human capital strategy.
THINK BUSINESS. LEAD HR. MASTERMIND GROUP
Alina Aronberga
Think Business. Lead HR. MasterMind Facilitator
HR has spent years asking for a seat at the table. Perhaps the more interesting question now is: What do we bring to the table once we're there? The strongest People leaders today understand considerably more than HR. They understand the business model, financial logic, organisational dynamics and the human factors that either accelerate execution or quietly prevent it. And they can translate between two worlds: people and business. Alina facilitates this MasterMind for HR leaders, People & Culture professionals and senior HR business partners who want to increase their strategic and commercial impact. This is a space to challenge established HR thinking, explore real organisational dilemmas and develop a stronger answer to one fundamental question: How does my work actually help this business perform better?
WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE & TRAIN
Understand your own operating system: assess your psychophysiological state, notice the behavioural patterns, beliefs, triggers and automatic reactions shaping your decisions, relationships and leadership, especially those that are difficult to see while you’re inside them.
Train the brain behind the behaviour: explore practical ways to work with attention, emotional regulation, mental flexibility, habits and response patterns. Instead of only understanding yourself intellectually, experiment with deliberately training different responses.
Become your own coach: develop the ability to pause, ask yourself better questions, challenge your assumptions and recognise when the answer you're looking for externally may require a more honest internal conversation.
Develop the human skills underneath performance: go deeper into listening, communication, self-awareness, resilience, presence and the ability to remain conscious under pressure, skills that affect not only how you lead, but how you experience your own life.
LEADERSHIP INSIDE OUT MASTERMIND GROUP
Olga Karuna Gailuma
Leadership Inside Out MasterMind Facilitator
Most leadership development begins from the outside: Communicate better. Delegate better. Influence better. Become more productive. Be AI-savvy. Make better decisions. All of these skills matter. But eventually there is another layer: Who is the person using all those skills? Olga works at the intersection of leadership development, executive coaching, mentoring, self-exploration and practical brain-based development. Her approach goes beneath leadership techniques to explore how we think, react, listen, make decisions, create behavioural patterns, and how deliberately we can train different responses. This MasterMind is for people who are curious enough to go deeper. Not because something needs to be “fixed”, and not for endless introspection. The purpose is much more practical: to understand yourself well enough to have more choice in how you think, respond, relate and lead. Because sometimes the most important leadership work doesn't happen between you and your team. It happens between you and yourself.
DIFFERENT GROUPS. ONE PHILOSOPHY. Development becomes significantly more powerful when we stop doing it alone.
MasterMind gives you access not only to a facilitator. You gain access to three other lives, three other professional histories and three other ways of seeing the world. That is where collective intelligence begins.
Ready to find your circle? Start with a conversation. We'll help you explore which MasterMind could create the strongest fit.
Bring what is real
Each session combines structured reflection, peer mentoring, coaching and facilitated dialogue.
Hot Seats
One participant brings a real decision, challenge or question. The group explores assumptions, asks questions and brings different perspectives.
Peer Intelligence
Participants share relevant experiences, including what worked, what failed and what they would do differently.
Reflection
Step outside immediate operational pressure and notice the bigger pattern.
Experimentation
Explore a different behaviour, conversation, decision or way of thinking before the next session.
Commitments & Accountability
Return next month knowing that three people remember the conversation, and will probably ask what happened next.
What people are saying
Participants describe the Master Mind experience as a space of clarity, trust, and meaningful progress. Through facilitated dialogue and collective intelligence, they gain perspective, confidence, and direction in moments that matter most in their professional journey.
The biggest value was the opportunity to zoom out from daily professional networks and routines, exchange experiences, and gain practical ideas, resources, and best practices. I grew as a leader and genuinely felt supported throughout the process.
Manager
Our group was very diverse, which allowed me to look at challenges and decisions from multiple perspectives. The conversations went far beyond purely professional topics, while always maintaining high ethical, intellectual, and human standards. I felt both supported and valuable to others at the same time.
CEO
This Master Mind gave me the support and accountability I needed to pursue my goals, advance my health and wellbeing, and gain new perspectives. The close circle of peers kept me on top of my game and exposed me to trends in personal branding and AI, enriching my growth. I am deeply grateful for the combination of accountability, insight, and inspiration I received.
Management Board Member and Independent Advisory Board Member
I came into the group feeling apathy about my next professional steps. I explored many ‘socially acceptable’ paths, but through the Master Mind I discovered how to lead my journey authentically. My work is now guided by my values, purpose, and the energy I receive from it. Thank you.
Solo-Entrepreneur
NOT EVERYONE SHOULD BE IN THE SAME ROOM That's why you can't simply buy a seat. Leadership here is understood as responsibility and impact. Not titles.
The value of a MasterMind depends enormously on who is in the room. Every potential participant therefore starts with a short pre-interview. We look for: Relevance: Is this the right conversation for what you're navigating now? Maturity: Are you willing to explore your own assumptions rather than only defend them? Generosity: Will your experience and perspective create value for others? Curiosity: Are you genuinely interested in perspectives different from your own? Openness to challenge: Can someone respectfully disagree with you? Diversity of perspective: What will you add to the room that isn't already there? Absence of conflicts of interest: Can everyone speak freely?
THE ROLE OF THE FACILITATOR
The facilitator doesn't need to be the smartest person in the room. Their job is to make the room smarter. Our facilitators bring different professional histories, perspectives and areas of expertise. Their role is to: create structure without controlling the conversation, ask questions the group may otherwise avoid, recognise patterns, challenge assumptions, protect confidentiality and psychological safety, bring relevant experience when it adds value, and help turn interesting conversation into meaningful progress. The collective intelligence belongs to the whole group.
WHAT YOU TAKE WITH YOU There is no exam. The value becomes visible in the way you think, decide, communicate and act.
Better decisions: important assumptions have been challenged before becoming expensive mistakes. Greater self-awareness: other intelligent people can notice patterns that are difficult to see from inside your own experience. More perspective: you gain access to professional and personal experiences you haven't had to live through yourself. More courage: difficult decisions become easier after they have been explored honestly. Accountability: intention becomes more powerful when someone remembers it. New possibilities: another person's perspective can reveal options you would never have generated alone. A trusted circle. Not dozens of new contacts. A few relationships with genuine depth. And perhaps most importantly: You stop carrying every important question alone.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION Choose the level that feels right for you at this stage.
We want the program to recognise both the professional value of the experience and the different situations participants may currently be navigating. Choose based on what feels sustainable and fair for you, there is no difference in access, attention or experience between contribution levels: €900 (€100 per 2-hour session) €1,350 (€150 per 2-hour session) €1,980 (€220 per 2-hour session) €2,700 (€300 per 2-hour session) Prefer to discuss it? Choose this option in your application and we can talk about your contribution privately during the pre-interview. Your contribution level does not determine your status, access or quality of experience within the group. Selection is based on fit and the value participants can create for one another.
ONE LAST QUESTION:
Who challenges your thinking when everyone else expects you to have the answer? You don't need to know exactly which MasterMind is right for you. That's part of the conversation.
